Monola Technologies LLC ("Monola," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on monola.com (the "site").

How we use cookies

We group cookies into four categories. You control which of the last three you allow through the cookie banner on our site.

Necessary. These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be turned off. They handle things like remembering your cookie choice so you are not asked again and securing the site against fraud.

Preferences. These cookies remember choices you make, such as language or display settings, so you do not have to set them again on your next visit.

Analytics. These cookies help us understand how visitors use our site, for example which pages they visit and how they arrived. We use this to improve the site and our onboarding flows.

Marketing. These cookies are used to measure the performance of our advertising, including Google Ads, and to avoid showing you ads that are not relevant to you.

Necessary cookies are set automatically. Preferences, analytics, and marketing cookies are only set after you give your consent through the cookie banner.

Managing your cookie preferences

On your first visit to our site, a cookie banner asks you to accept or reject non-necessary cookies. You can change your choice at any time by reopen the banner.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the site may not work correctly.

Types of cookies we use

Necessary. Our cookie banner, provided by Framer, sets a cookie to remember your consent choice so you are not asked again on your next visit. This cookie typically lasts 1 year. We do not currently set any other necessary cookies of our own.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. It sets _ga, which distinguishes one visitor from another, and _ga_<container ID>, which tracks session state for our specific property. Both are first party cookies set by Google's tag and, by Google's default, last 2 years. In line with CNIL guidance, we cap this at 13 months where our tools allow.

Marketing. We use Google Ads to measure the performance of our advertising. It sets _gcl_au, which helps link an ad click to a later conversion on our site, and lasts 90 days.

Third parties we work with

The only third party that sets cookies on our site today is Google, through Google Analytics and Google Ads. You can read how Google handles this data in its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. Where a cookie is set by a third party, that party's own privacy and cookie policy governs how they handle the resulting data, not this one.

Updates to this policy

We may update this cookie policy from time to time, for example when we add a new tool that sets cookies. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. We encourage you to check back periodically.
